Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader Academic Counselling to lead and manage a team of career counsellors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue targets, mentoring team members, improving conversion ratios, and ensuring high-quality student counselling experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of career counsellors
• Monitor daily performance metrics and conversion ratios
• Drive monthly revenue and enrolment targets
• Train and mentor team members to improve counselling quality
• Handle escalations and complex student cases
• Develop strategies to improve lead-to-enrolment conversion
• Ensure CRM and reporting discipline within the team

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (Masters preferred)

12+ years of experience in EdTech / Education / Inside Sales

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Excellent communication and persuasion abilities

Target-driven mindset with proven achievement record

Experience working with CRM systems

Location: Jaipur

Compensation: Fixed + Performance Incentives
