Job Description

Job Purpose

The Team Leader Sales will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve business targets, drive revenue growth, ensure process adherence, and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Should be able to create a good rapport with HNI and UHNI clients
  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and monitor individual performance
  • Drive lead allocation, follow-ups, and closures to improve conversion ratios
  • Coach and mentor team members through regular training, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Track sales MIS, productivity reports, and pipeline health
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and sales processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, CRM, Compliance) for smooth business execution
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and retention
  • Managing the Targets allotted and the teams targets as well.


Please Note : Having a background in Mutual Fund industry is essential for this role.
