Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role based in Chennai. The Team Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the activities of team members to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include setting clear team goals, managing workloads, monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and fostering professional development. The Team Lead will also act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring that communication is clear and project objectives are met.
