Job Title: Team Lead Pre Sales

Job Summary

The Team Lead Pre Sales will be responsible for managing and guiding the pre-sales team to generate and qualify leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into site visits. The role requires strong people management skills, CRM handling, and coordination with the sales team to achieve project-wise targets.


Key Responsibilities-


Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the pre-sales executive team.
  • Allocate leads, set daily targets, and ensure adherence to calling standards.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance feedback.

Lead Management & Coordination

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads generated through digital, walk-ins, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate with the sales/site team for site visit scheduling and closures.

CRM & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in CRM systems.
  • Track lead status, follow-up efficiency, site visit ratios, and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Process & Quality Control

  • Maintain call quality standards and customer experience benchmarks.
  • Monitor scripts, response time, and lead handling effectiveness.
  • Implement process improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce lead leakage.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and channel partner teams to align on campaigns and lead flow.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
