ISV Program Operations Manager - Buenos Aires
As a Program Operations Manager you will play a critical role in managing Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners' success by providing critical deal registration and co-sell support.
This role requires a consistent application of critical thinking skills, an excellent understanding of the software sales cycle, sound financial logic, complex problem solving, and the ability to drive results through independent work. The successful candidate will have the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
· Salesforce Management that includes:
o Sales opportunity creation and management for ISV partners and internal teams; and
o Data management, reporting and analytics
· Financial Analysis that includes:
o Quarterly submission of attainment to finance including validation of all the
opportunities closed in the quarter;
o Review of contracts based on program guidelines for each partner;
o Script management and data flow between system for data automation;
o Management of finance guidelines and rules for team sales compensation; and
o Attainment correction management end-to-end
· Customer Success that includes:
o Supporting stakeholders and sales teams with program guidelines through
ticketing management;
o Improve Solution Connect program experience for ISV partners and internal Google teams;
o Continual process improvement and change management of complex business rules;
o Program adoption initiatives; and
o Creation of collateral and driving training programs through virtual and in-person enablement activities
Qualifications Summary:
· 6 years relevant work experience from ISV Partner Program Management and Operations
· Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
· Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships
· Experience in managing escalations efficiently
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Experience in handling deliverables in ambiguous environment
· Attention to detail with prioritization and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
· Software Industry / cloud experience in a high growth environment is preferred
