Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for our B&L team with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Asset & Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the B&L team to achieve project goals and deliverables within the specified timelines.Oversee the daily operations of the team ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.Provide technical guidance and support to team members particularly in the use of MS Excel.Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and project outcomes.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives.Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all project activities.Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and solutions.Mentor and develop team members fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Utilize domain knowledge in Asset & Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments to enhance project outcomes.Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and project quality.Support the companys mission and values through dedicated and impactful work.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.Have domain experience in Asset & Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments which is highly desirable.Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Show proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Be adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.Have a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.Show commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Exhibit a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Certifications Required
Certified MS Excel Specialist Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
