MIS – Team Leader
We are looking for a passionate certified Reporting/MIS Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Enabling the team with solutions related to reporting, dashboard, data handling, visualization and data processing automation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
· Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
· Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
· Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
· Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
· Attention to Detail: Data is precise. Data analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
· Math Skills: Data analysts need math skills to estimate numerical data.
· Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Required Skills:
· 5+ years of strong working knowledge on below skills:
· Spreadsheet: MS-Excel
· Scripting Language: VBA, AppScript
· Database Language: SQL and Database Concepts (MySQL/Oracle)
· Visualization Tool: Tableau, DataStudio
· Presentation: MS Powerpoint
Good to Have Skills:
· BigData Concepts: Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Spark
· Microsoft Certification in MS Excel and Macros (VBA)
