Team lead (SQL+ Python)

Spectral Consultants is hiring for Lead Analyst - SQL , Python , ETL & Cloud experience is Must.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for mentoring teams and delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience: 6 to 12 years

What Youll Do

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Mentor and guide team members on technical and best-practice aspects
• Work closely with client stakeholders using excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Continuously learn new domains and technologies with a growth mindset
• Maintain high attention to detail with a quality-focused approach
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client-reported incidents within defined SLAs
