Requirements :
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience in team handling
- Mandatory experience working with or as a Channel Partner (CP)
- Strong network and deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate ecosystem
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and partner networks
- Target-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Comfortable with field work, site visits, broker meetings, and Experience Centre visits
