• To Ensure Quality portfolio.
• To focus on improving Collections in the area assigned – individually or in a team / as a team.
• To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
• To adhere to Audit requirement

• Should have the ability to convince the customer to pay on our terms and conditions
Educational Qualification
Should be Graduate
Responsibilities: Ensure the maintenance of a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and improving collection efficiency. Focus on enhancing collections performance in the assigned area, both individually and through effective team management. Ensure strict adherence to MOPP norms and internal compliance standards. Follow all banking processes and procedures as defined by the organization. Comply with audit requirements, maintaining proper documentation and records. Promote strong coordination among team members and with the branch to ensure smooth operations. Implement and maintain an effective tracking mechanism for delinquent customers to support timely follow-ups and resolution.
