Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of collection executives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes to maximize recovery rates.
- Monitor and analyze loan portfolios, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tractor dealers and retail customers to facilitate smooth collections.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in all collection activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to resolve complex collection issues.
- Generate and analyze collection reports, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loan collections and recovery.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their collection skills and knowledge.
