Eligibility

• Masters Degree in Dance.
• Relevant teaching or choreography experience preferred.

Role & Responsibilities (Dance)

• Teach Undergraduate courses in Dance Theory and Dance Performance as prescribed by the University.
• Conduct practical, studio, and performance-based training sessions in classical, contemporary, folk, or western dance forms.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the approved curriculum and academic framework.
• Mentor and guide students in choreography, technique, and stage presentation.
• Evaluate student performance through continuous assessment, practical examinations, and stage performances.
• Participate in curriculum development, syllabus revision, and academic planning as per UGC guidelines.
• Contribute to cultural programs, festivals, workshops, and university events.
• Undertake academic administration and institutional responsibilities as assigned.
