About the Role:
TalentSprint, a part of Accenture, is launching an AI-enabled learning program for school students and is looking for enthusiastic Physics and Math Mentors to guide students from Grades 8 to 12. This is a freelancing opportunity for individuals passionate about education, technology, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging online mentoring sessions in Physics and/or Mathematics.

• Use AI tools, simulations, and technology to make learning interactive and enjoyable.

• Conduct hands-on experiments or activities to explain complex concepts clearly.

• Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a growth mindset in students.

• Create a supportive, inclusive, and question-friendly virtual classroom.

• Encourage real-world application and problem-solving through math and science concepts.
  Stay updated with edtech tools and continuously improve the learning experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong subject knowledge in Physics or Mathematics (Grades 8–12).

• Experience teaching or mentoring school students.

• Comfortable with digital tools and willing to learn AI-based platforms.

• Passionate about education, technology, and student engagement.

• Good communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
