Role Description

This is a full-time teaching role at Shemford Futuristic School, Budalur, located in Thanjavur. The Teachers (Physics - TGT; Maths - PRT, TGT; English - TGT) will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Teachers are expected to utilize innovative teaching methods, provide individualized support to students, and collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and ensure academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics or Mathematics and the ability to teach respective grades (TGT/PRT levels).
• Skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods, with a focus on fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (mandatory).
• Teaching certification or relevant qualifications are required; prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• A passion for teaching and shaping young minds, with a commitment to student success and improvement.
