Teacher Training & Development Specialist

We are looking for a Teacher Training & Development Specialist who can design, conduct, and coordinate training programs for teachers and admin staff. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with multiple curricula, including IB, A Level, IGCSE, AP, and MYP, and possess the ability to self-learn and create engaging online training content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver teacher training modules for various international curricula.
• Create and update online training materials and resources.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Conduct communication and soft-skill training sessions for the admin team (e.g., how to communicate with parents).
• Continuously assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of international curricula (IB, IGCSE, A Level, AP, MYP).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to self-learn and create structured learning content.

• Prior experience in teacher training or educational management preferred.

Work Schedule:

• 8 hours per day
• 6 days working
• Shift timing: 12 PM 8 PM
