Educational Qualifications

• Pre-Primary: TTC / PPTC / Montessori Trained (B.Ed preferred)
• Primary & High School Teachers: Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant subject with B.Ed (Mandatory)
• Senior / PGT Positions: Post Graduate with B.Ed / M.Ed
• Office Admin: Higher Secondary (Intermediate) with Montessori Training (Freshers and Experienced both eligible)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of teaching experience (CBSE experience preferred)
• Senior Subject Teachers: 5+ years preferred
• Freshers may apply for selected pre-primary and administrative roles
• Admission Counsellor: Minimum 12 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per CBSE curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment tools
• Conduct practical sessions (especially for Science & Computer subjects)
• Monitor and record student academic progress
• Participate in school meetings, events, and training programs
• Support admission counselling and parent interactions (where applicable)
• Use innovative teaching methodologies and technology (PPT-based teaching preferred)
