Were looking for a Personality Development Teacher to work with primary and secondary school students someone who can create engaging learning experiences that go beyond textbooks.

Ability to deliver interactive sessions on communication, confidence, grooming, and public speaking

Familiarity with Model United Nations (MUN) and Debate formats

Strong classroom presence and ability to connect with teenagers

A positive, energetic, and structured teaching approach

Background in training, theatre, or education (preferred)

Qualifications

• Lesson Planning and Teaching skills
• Education and Training experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience working with students in a classroom setting
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Proficiency in content creation, including slides, guides, and multimedia resources
• Bachelors degree in Education, or related fields is preferred
