GenBright is building a school rooted in joy, emotional intelligence, Montessori foundations, and balanced development through the Four Pillars Intellectual, Emotional, Physical, Downtime .

• We are looking for founding mentors who see education as a human relationship, who listen deeply, observe thoughtfully, and guide learning with warmth and intention.

Leads the schools culture, pedagogy, and reflective practices.

Designs environments, mentors educators, builds systems, and holds the vision while supporting daily learning rhythms.

Primary mentor ("Mother Teacher") for a mixed-age group.

Creates Personalized Learning Objectives (PLOs), facilitates Montessori experiences, observes deeply, and nurtures emotional & intellectual growth.

Leads experiences across the Four Pillars: inquiry, SEL, movement, creativity, and downtime.

Supports project-based work and community-building experiences.

Helps maintain flow, supports children individually, observes and shares insights, and strengthens the prepared environment.
