Finland Education Hub's partner school, Chiguru Early Years, is hiring!

(1 each for For PP1, PP2 and Day Care)

As part of this vision, they have introduced the world-renowned Finnish curriculum, international pedagogical approaches, and innovative teaching methods, all adapted to meet the needs of learners. The program supports each childs cognitive, social, and emotional growth while fostering strong partnerships with families.

Chiguru has been implementing the Finnish system successfully for 2 years and is now looking to expand its team.

Position Summary:

As the teacher, you will collaborate with the Centre Head to implement the Lil Bo Peep Early Years Program in our classrooms.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Overseethelearning and well-being of children

Teacher in charge of the learning process for any one grade level

Interact directly with students in the classroom and guide the learning process every day.

Your daily tasks will include planning, preparing, communicating with parents, empowering yourteam, and developing the overallearly years program.

More will be specified based on grade level

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors level degree in education, preferably in Early Years Education.

Have a minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in international preschools.

Have an established record demonstrating empathy, resilience, collaboration, and creativity.

Excellent language skills in the language of instruction (English) and the local language (Kannada).

Good to have:

Knowledge of International preschool education, especially Finnish Early childhood education, is an asset.
