Responsibilities:

• Teach basic concepts of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
• Build analytical and logical thinking.
• Prepare students for competitive exams like
• IITJEE (Joint Entrance Examination)
• National Talent Search Examination (NTSE)
• Indian National Olympiad Program
• Conduct regular tests and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Track student progress and provide feedback.

2. Academic Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Plan curriculum and schedule for foundation batches.
• Coordinate between teachers, students, and management.
• Monitor teaching quality and syllabus completion.
• Arrange tests, evaluations, and academic meetings.

3. Student Mentor / Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Guide students in study planning and goal setting.
• Help students manage stress and exam pressure.
• Conduct career awareness sessions about engineering fields.
• Communicate with parents about student progress.

4. Test & Evaluation Team

Responsibilities:

• Design weekly/monthly tests.
• Analyze test results and rankings.
• Identify weak areas of students.
• Provide performance reports to teachers and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the IIT Foundation program.
• Ensure quality teaching and student outcomes.
• Manage faculty recruitment and training.
• Handle administration, admissions, and operations.
