Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead and deliver multiple projects built on Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, deep expertise in Power Platform, and the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of Tableau and SharePoint is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Power Platform projects (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee solution design, development, and deployment across projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational governance for all Power Platform implementations.
• Drive best practices for Power BI data modelling, DAX optimization, and visualization standards.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience in managing enterprise-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Tableau for advanced analytics and visualization.
• SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps and JIRA
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
