What we are looking for
Must Have
- Work in Shift to provide 24x7 support
- Perform DB2 databse alert monitoring
- Attend Hotline calls and provide support
- Receive and acknowledge all automated alerts by creating tickets as required.
- Monitor the overall health and environment of the databases.
- Execute and monitor routine service health checks
- Isolate system anomalies and investigate root cause
- Execution of scripted recovery scenarios during scheduled tests
- Perform L1 related activities
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
