Must Have-
Administer and maintain the Ivanti environment, including installation, configuration, and ongoing 
management of Ivanti products and modules. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and configure Ivanti 
solutions accordingly. 
Monitor and troubleshoot Ivanti applications and systems, ensuring high availability, performance, 
and security. 
Implement and maintain Ivanti patch management processes, including testing, deploying, and 
reporting on software updates and patches. 
Design and manage Ivanti workflows, automation rules, and policies to streamline IT processes and 
enhance efficiency. 
Good to have-
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Ivanti solutions with other systems and applications. 
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT teams on Ivanti-related issues, 
configurations, and best practices. 
Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with security 
policies, and optimize system performance. 
Stay updated with the latest Ivanti product releases, features, and enhancements, and assess their 
potential impact on our environment. 
Collaborate with vendors and participate in user groups and forums to leverage industry 
knowledge and best practices.
