Must-Have Competencies (Technical/Behavioral)

1. Testing and Execution Coordination
2. Coordinate testing and execution for One-Agent installations and quarterly upgrades, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal downtime.
3. Integration Handling
4. Manage FCCs and integrations with platforms like ITOM, Amelia, and other related systems to maintain seamless monitoring operations.
5. Monitoring Services Ownership
6. Act as the POC for Monitoring Services, responsible for onboarding new services, driving service improvements, and managing billing and cost optimization.
7. Technical Enablement for Backlogs
8. Serve as a technical enabler for backlog items identified during migration project retrospectives, ensuring timely resolution and system stability.
9. Incident and Request Coordination
10. Coordinate incidents and service requests with Global E2E Monitoring teams and Dynatrace vendor services to ensure quick and effective resolution.
11. Management Zone Maintenance
12. Maintain and optimize Dynatrace Management Zones for accurate monitoring and streamlined operations.
13. Feature Utilization
14. Focus on leveraging Dynatrace Davis AI features to enhance monitoring capabilities and improve service performance.
15. Alert and Policy Support
16. Assist service teams in configuring alerts and policies to ensure proactive monitoring and compliance with organizational standards.

Good-to-Have Competencies

1. Synthetic Monitoring Knowledge
2. Understanding of synthetic monitoring techniques to simulate user interactions and improve application performance insights.
3. Scripting and Automation Skills
4. Basic knowledge of bash, shell, YAML, Python, and Terraform for automation and integration tasks.
5. Platform Integration
6. Experience in integrating monitoring platforms with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for streamlined incident and request management.
7. Infrastructure Awareness
8. Overall understanding of infrastructure components such as Linux, Windows, Azure, AWS, SNMP, storage, network devices, and SAN.
9. Training and Upskilling
10. Ability to train and upskill internal teams on Dynatrace functionalities and best practices.
