Job Description

Must Have

Strong knowledge & hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway

Installation, configuration & patching of IBM Sterling File Gateway

Experience with Windows / Unix / Linux servers, shell scripting, XML & web services

SQL / Database knowledge (queries, navigation)

Ongoing monitoring & troubleshooting of file transfers

Knowledge of B2B communication protocols: FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, AS2

Maintain SSH keys, SSL certificates, encryption keys

Vendor & customer support experience

24x7 on-call rotation readiness

Good to Have

ITIL certification & Agile methodology experience

Knowledge of IBM Sterling Connect:Direct

Familiarity with Powershell scripts

Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible)

Experience with cloud products (load balancer, provisioning, network config)

Knowledge of IBM Control Center, Secure+, secure proxy, perimeter servers

Knowledge of IBM MFT Rest API services

Experience with Kubernetes & cloud storage (AWS S3, Blob, etc.)
