Job Title: Genesys cloud implementation expert - Cloud Contact Center
Location: PAN India
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Job Description:
Experience & Skill Requirements:
- 12 + years of experience in Contact Center technology
- End-to-end solution design and implementation experience in Cloud Contact Center (Genesys Cloud CX / NICE CXone / Amazon Connect / Five9)
- Must have experience in AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions (offered by any hyperscalers or 3rd party conversational AI providers)
- Must have worked on AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities Contact Center's offer for Prediction, self-service, augmentation and enhance operational excellence
- Must have experience in desinging end-to-end AI enabled Contact Center solution for a large enterprise customer (B2C)
- Cloud Contact Center Architect certifications are preferred
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Cloud Contact Center solution design (Genesys Cloud CX / NICE CXone / Amazon Connect / Five9)
- Responsible for infusing AI into the Contact Center solutions
- Layout approach for integrating Cloud Contact Center platforms with Enterprise Business Applications
- Conduct solution reviews to identify gaps and propose tangible recommendations
- Ability to ensure the solution is in compliance with customer's security standards
- Ability to callout risks (if any) at the early stage of the project
- Mentor / guide implementation team
- Create PPT presentation
