Location : Chennai

Mode : Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)

Work Experience :

1) Overall work experience of 8+ years in HR and Payroll domain specifically managing all areas within HR Transaction services scope.

Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.

2) Should have experience in dealing with Providing data for Payroll, Govt. Regulations

3) Should have interacted with Customer for metrics and tracking

4) Should have handled a team of 15+ associates for a client

Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations.

5) Preferred exerience of handling client escalations

6) Preferred experience on Country regulations

7) Preferable experience on multiple HR systems incl. SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos, ServiceNow
