We are looking for a high-caliber professional to lead our Taxation & Compliance vertical. The ideal candidate should be confident, client-facing, tech-savvy, and well-versed in modern accounting and taxation practices.

Role: Taxation & Compliance Leader

Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month

Location: Kolkata

What Were Looking For

Strong expertise in Income Tax, GST, ROC, TDS & other compliance areas

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

Confident to face clients directly and handle meetings independently

Tech-driven mindset with hands-on experience in accounting & compliance tools

Ability to lead, guide, and manage day-to-day operations

Ready to travel for client visits and official work

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all taxation & compliance activities end-to-end
• Review returns, filings, notices, and documentation
• Conduct client meetings and manage compliance discussions
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Ensure accurate accounting operations & compliance discipline
• Implement technology-driven systems and workflow improvements
