Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Income Tax, Transfer price annual compliance

Managing direct tax compliances such as, advance tax, income-tax, transfer pricing, obtaining lower TDS certificates, tax residency certificates, etc.

• Responsible for handling overall Direct tax compliance of organization and related parties
• Managing direct tax compliances such as, advance tax, income-tax, transfer pricing, obtaining lower TDS certificates, tax residency certificates, etc.
• Supervising the filing of 15CA-CB by analyzing the transactions from international tax perspective, reviewing forms, filing 15CA and maintaining a tracker.
• Support in timely handling and completion of Tax audits and Transfer Pricing audits including effective coordination with Auditors and internal stakeholders
• Filing of Income tax returns, SFT returns
• Analyzing inter-company invoices to make sure that the same are in accordance with groups transfer pricing policies and inter-company agreements
• Finalization of Global and local Transfer price study with support of consultant
• Preparing responses w.r.t. tax assessments, litigations, compliances, etc. and Coordinating with Consultants for Tax Assessments and Appeals
• Monitoring the compliance of LDCs by supplier on monthly basis and reporting out any non-compliances to the respective Accounts payable team.
• Preparation of Provision for Tax, Deferred Tax working
• Reconciling the tax payments, TDS receivables, refunds due as appearing in books with actuals and making suitable adjustments
• Assisting business/finance teams with their tax queries relating to day-to-day business operations such as TDS rates, documents to be maintained, review of business agreements from tax perspective, etc.
• Preferred Chartered Accountant qualification
