As a Taxation and Compliance Associate, youll be the backbone of financial integrity managing reports, audits, and taxes with precision while turning numbers into meaningful business insights that guide strategic growth.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage statutory audits, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of necessary documentation.
• Handle taxation matters, including direct and indirect tax filings, assessments, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare and manage periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.

What we are looking for :

• Qualified Charted Accountant (CA)
• 23 years of relevant experience in Taxation, Audit, or Compliance
• Strong understanding of Direct & Indirect taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) .
• Experience with statutory filings, assessments, and financial audits .
