JOB DESCRIPTION : Excellent opportunity within tax domain where you get a chance to understand the Indian markets and sales cycles, work directly with the leadership and on big ticket pursuits. You will work on propositions involving multiple SSLs, collaborate with multiple teams and gain industry perspective through interactions with senior management on the client side.

Key responsibilities :

• Identification of TFO opportunities and converting them
• Assistance with conversion of opportunities identified by other partners
• Working closely with leadership for planning market making activities (such as webcasts, wavespace etc.) and their implementation
• Understanding the pursuits, creating the right value proposition for them, solution presentation and proposal creation
• Help frame a future state tax function and chalk out path for implementation
• Understanding the nuances of the TFO offering, the texture of the practise and preparing presentations for internal leadership meetings

Skills and attributes for success :

• Experience in current state assessments of how tax is delivered within an organisation, process mapping and improvement exercises
• Basic understanding of tax and finance domain
• Ability to ask the right questions for well-rounded client propositions
• Creativity and ability to visualise a concept
• Experience of working on murals and power point presentations
• Good articulation skills
• Ability to understand technology and its role in tax delivery
