Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior professional to join a Private Client Services (PCS) tax practice. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy working directly with clients, managing end-to-end tax engagements, and contributing to high-quality delivery for high-net-worth individuals and closely held entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as internal leadership stakeholders.
• Manage client engagements from planning through execution and completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review tax returns prepared by team members and provide guidance on accuracy, compliance, and tax efficiency opportunities.
• Research and consult on various U.S. and global tax matters.
• Respond to inquiries from tax authorities when required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose practical, client-focused solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Collaborate effectively with global counterparts and cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in U.S. and/or global taxation.
• Working knowledge of Private Client Services tax compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience working directly with clients and/or global teams.
• Experience handling PCS clients with exposure to:
• Understanding of Form 1040 (High Net Worth Individuals), Form 1065, Form 1120 and 1120S

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Masters degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
