Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Operation Associate to support taxation and compliance processes. The candidate will assist in preparing tax-related documentation, reviewing financial data, and ensuring timely completion of operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and review of tax returns

Review financial statements and tax-related documents

Perform data entry and reconciliation activities

Maintain accurate tax records and documentation

Support compliance and audit requirements

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth tax operations

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

03 years of experience in Tax / Accounting / Finance Operations

Basic understanding of taxation concepts

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Strong attention to detail

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills

Preferred:

Experience in CA firm / accounting firm

Exposure to tax return preparation

Experience in finance or operations domain
