Role - Manager- Taxation

Expereince- 3-4 yrs

Responsibilties:-

- Responsible for timely compliances and completing the audits without any adverse

remarks/liability. -Handling all the business queries w.r.t. GST or other allied tax laws

- Strive to find out the tax leakage in current processes and try to fix the bug

- Automation of current processes to the extent possible in current environment to ease out routine work.

- Maximize export incentives eligible to the organization as per foreign trade policies Finance

- Responsible for GST compliances, payment of taxes, filing of GST Annual returns and

reconciliation.

- Income GL Scrutiny and fixing the bugs identified during audits and scrutiny.

- Advisory and consultancy to business teams on queries raised from time-to-time w.r.t. GST and allied laws.

- Active participation in projects undertaken by the organization, review of agreements.

- Automations for day-to-day processes and IT developments pursuant to amendments in law.

- Handling various export benefits eligible to the organization and timely receipt of incentives.

-A11 Handling Statutory, Internal Audits & D22 audits by Government authorities like EA-2000, CERA audit

- Handling notices or enquiries received from DGGI, DRI or local government departments.

- Handling Litigations and drafting replies to show cause notices.

- Timely submissions in response to notice received from departments.

- Preparing MIS reports required by various internal and external stakeholders for reporting

Key Skills Required:

- Minimum 3-4 years post qualification experience in Indirect Taxation

- Experience managing all GST comliances, GST Filings, Litigations

- Qualified Chartered Accountant
