Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented International Tax Manager to join our International Tax team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in U.S. international tax compliance, particularly in Forms 5471, 5472, and GILTI calculations. This role requires deep technical expertise, analytical capability, and the ability to manage complex cross-border tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review Forms 5471, 5472, and related international tax compliance forms.

Perform GILTI, Subpart F, E&P, and FTC calculations.

Manage U.S. international tax compliance engagements for multinational clients.

Analyze cross-border transactions and assess U.S. international tax implications.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely filings.

Support tax provision calculations related to international operations.

Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with evolving U.S. international tax laws.

Assist in tax planning initiatives and advisory assignments.

Review work of team members and provide technical guidance where required.

Required Qualifications

CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Strong hands-on experience with Forms 5471, 5472, and GILTI computations.

In-depth understanding of U.S. international tax provisions (Subpart F, BEAT, FDII preferred).

Experience in handling multinational clients and cross-border structures.

Proficiency in tax research and interpretation of U.S. tax regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
