Talasha has been mandated to hire a Manager- Tax Consultant for a Mergers & Acquisition Tax advisory profile for one of India's leading transaction advisory firms, based in bangalore. This boutique consulting firm specializes in M&A tax and structuring services for diverse domestic and multi-national clients.

Responsibilities -

• Structuring potential mergers and acquisition (M&A) deals.
• Undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demergers and restructuring activities.
• Tax diligence services, advising on tax implications for the corporate in the mergers deal
• Start up, real estate & ecommerce advisory services, with focused industry insights.
• Fund structuring and advisory services -transaction advisory in relation to fund raises, shareholder realignments and investor exits. Also assist in the implementation of an efficient structure.
• Business model advisory services, handling negotiations with strategic investors, spot deal issues, identify economic constraints & risk appetite from the perspective of strategic and private equity investors
• Family succession planning structures.

Good to have -

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• At least 2 years post qualification experience in tax consultancy from Big 6 (PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG, etc)
• Solid understanding of Direct Taxation / M&As in diverse industries
