Job Description:
The German business tax team in USI is engaged in preparation and reviews of various type of corporate entities in Germany which includes tax reporting, tax returns, DWT returns, law firm tax return submissions etc. We are a team with professionals of varying experience and skills in tax technical, the team is involved in training, onboarding, work allocations, process improvement/documentation etc.
We are looking for a professional who has a tax background with below-listed experience and skills-
Prepare/review simple to medium complex group entities/stand alone tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
Oversee and manage the preparation and review of simple to medium complex group entities/standalone tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
Collaborate with team and onshore to gather information necessary for tax returns.
Train new recruits, supervise and provide guidance.
Process standardization.
Proficiency in interpersonal communication.
Strong personal competencies, including organizational behavior, business acumen, analytical skills (with examples).
Ability to share Knowledge and experiences to bring in value to the team.
Adaptability to innovative technology and tools
Open to learning new skills.
Qualifications Required:
Full time masters degree in finance or equivalent from reputed University
2-3 years of relevant / non-US experience in corporate tax
Strong accounting knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Location: Hyderabad
