Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Tax Associate for an on-site position based in RT Nagar Bengaluru. The Tax Associate will be responsible for preparing and filing accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and staying updated with current tax laws. This role involves providing tax advice, supporting financial planning activities, coordinating with clients to gather necessary financial documents, and assisting in audits or addressing inquiries from tax authorities. Additionally, the Tax Associate will work collaboratively with the finance team to develop efficient tax strategies and resolve any tax-related issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and understanding of Tax principles
- Strong knowledge of Tax Law and regulations
- Background in Finance with the ability to analyze and interpret financial documents
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in tax software and digital tools is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
