About the Role Title : Talent Strategy Associate

Location : Andheri (West), Mumbai

Role type : FTE (5 days a week)

What You'll Own?

• Analyze and Optimize: Decode workforce and hiring patterns to identify gaps and design actionable solutions for talent growth.
• Drive Outcomes: Lead end-to-end initiatives- map demand and supply capabilities, scope roles, run execution sprints, and manage timelines and risks.
• Turn Insights into Action: Observe how teams work, study data, and translate insights into smarter workforce and hiring strategies.
• Partner with Leaders: Shadow client meetings, planning sessions and shape execution plans.
• Refine and Systemize: Create playbooks, frameworks, and workflows to improve hiring speed, quality, and scalability.
• Own the Impact: Take full accountability for results- balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver visible outcomes.
