Role Overview

Were looking for someone who lives and breathes the creator economy.

As a Talent Manager Influencer & Brand Partnerships, youll be the strategic partner behind creators, helping them grow their personal brand while building powerful collaborations with top brands.

This role is not traditional recruitment its about managing influencer talent, spotting opportunities, and closing brand deals that create real impact (and revenue).

If youre commercially sharp, great at negotiations, love networking, and understand how creators and brands can win together, youll thrive here.

Think of this role as a mix of talent manager, brand deal strategist, and growth partner for creators.


What Youll Be Doing

Talent Management & Creator Growth

Youll be the go-to person for the creators you manage.

  • Manage and represent a roster of creators/influencers
  • Build strong relationships with talent and guide their brand positioning
  • Help creators shape their personal brand narrative
  • Identify opportunities that align with their content style, audience, and long-term vision
  • Work closely with creators to unlock new growth opportunities


Brand Partnerships & Deal Making

This is where the magic (and revenue) happens.

  • Identify and pitch brand collaboration opportunities for creators
  • Lead commercial negotiations and deal closures
  • Build long-term brand relationships that generate repeat partnerships
  • Ensure smooth coordination between brands, creators, and internal teams
  • Turn great ideas into successful campaigns


Market Research & Opportunity Mapping

Youll always be one step ahead of the industry.

  • Track trends in influencer marketing and digital campaigns
  • Identify high-potential brands and partnership opportunities
  • Monitor competitive collaborations and emerging creator categories
  • Explore new industries and creative partnership formats

Strategy & Campaign Execution

Ideas are great execution is everything.

  • Create actionable plans to grow creator visibility and revenue
  • Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end with internal teams
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at the highest quality
  • Keep communication smooth between all stakeholders
  • Proactively solve problems and keep projects moving


What Were Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in Influencer Marketing / Talent Management / Brand Partnerships
  • Strong understanding of which creators fit which brands
  • Exposure to deal-making, negotiations, and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills
  • Someone who is commercially aware and relationship-driven
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for social media, creators, gaming, and digital culture
