Job Title: Talent Partner / IT Recruiter (Direct Client Exposure Canada & US)
Location: Noida , Sector-63 , Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timings : US Shift (Night Shift 7:00 Pm - 4:00 Am)
About the Role
NetworkPedia is expanding its recruitment delivery team and is looking for a high-performing Talent Partner / IT Recruiter with 14 years of hands-on experience in IT staffing. This role is designed for recruiters who want direct exposure to clients, ownership of delivery, and the opportunity to work on US/Canada-focused hiring .
This is not a resume-pushing role. Youll be expected to operate like a true recruitment consultantowning requisitions end-to-end, engaging with hiring managers, advising on talent strategy, and consistently delivering quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT roles across Canada and US (secondary) markets
- Work directly with end clients and Tier-1 partners, supporting active requirements and new engagements
- Understand client needs, role expectations, skill matrices, and compliance requirements (especially public sector roles)
- Source, screen, and close candidates across technologies including:
Application Development
Cloud & Infrastructure
Data, Analytics, AI/ML
Cybersecurity
ERP / CRM (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive sourcing
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments (technical, behavioral, communication, and cultural fit)
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and drive offer closures
- Maintain accurate documentation and ATS hygiene (resume versions, compliance, submission tracking)
- Act as a talent advisorguiding candidates and clients on market trends, rates, and availability
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Leadership to ensure delivery success
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in IT recruitment / talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience working with direct clients or Tier-1 staffing firms
- Strong exposure to US&Canada recruitment geography (mandatory)
- Proven experience hiring for contract and full-time IT roles
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean sourcing
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting Provincial roles or public-sector hiring
- Understanding of compliance-driven submissions (skill matrices, questionnaires, client formats)
- Exposure to MSP/VMS environments .
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality
