• Ensure seamless onboarding-to-exit experience, with accurate documentation and compliance at every stage.
• Keep our HRMS clean, current, and optimizeddriving smarter, faster HR processes.
• Deliver real-time people insights through dashboards and reporting that support better decisions.
• Support payroll is accurate and on time, every timewith zero misses and full compliance.
• Drive operational improvements that make our people processes more efficient, reliable, and scalable.

What Youll Bring

• 35 years of experience in HR/Talent Operations in a fast-paced agency, digital, or startup environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, and shared tracking
• Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms; experience with HROne is a strong plus
• Detail-obsessed mindset with strong organizational and process skills
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions
• A love for data, systems, and doing things better than yesterday
