We are looking for creator-facing Talent Managers with hands-on experience managing influencers, closing brand deals, and executing creator campaigns.

As a Talent Manager Influencer & Creator Partnerships, you will directly manage creators and influencers, drive brand collaborations, negotiate commercials, and oversee end-to-end campaign execution. You will act as the creators representative .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and represent a roster of creators/influencers
• Act as the primary point of contact for creators on a daily basis
• Build long-term growth, positioning, and monetisation strategies for talent
• Source, pitch, negotiate, and close brand partnerships and paid collaborations
• Ensure brand deals align with the creators image, goals, and audience
• Oversee campaign execution, timelines, content approvals, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (campaigns, content, finance, legal)
• Manage contracts, usage rights, invoicing, and payments
• Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners.

What Were Looking For (Mandatory)

• 24 years of hands-on experience managing influencers/creators
• Experience at an Influencer Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, or Talent Management Company
• Proven experience negotiating brand deals and commercials for creators
• Direct involvement in creator campaigns (not recruitment or HR operations)
• Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and creator economics
