Were hiring a Talent Manager to help sign and manage high-performing creators across Instagram and YouTube.

What youll do:

• Discover and onboard emerging creators who fit brand campaigns
• Manage day-to-day creator relations, track performance, and negotiate better rates
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns with speed and consistency
• Help build Indias most trusted creator network

Who you are:

• 13 years of experience in talent/influencer management
• Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and calm operator under pressure
• Comfortable in fast-moving teams and willing to take ownership from day one
