Key Responsibilities (Folks, please read this carefully)

Were looking for a Talent Manager who understands the creator ecosystem beyond just coordination. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked with influencers, negotiated brand deals, managed campaign execution, and can balance both talent relationships and brand expectations.

Youll be the bridge between creators and brands, ensuring smooth communication, strong partnerships, and successful campaign delivery.

Talent Management

• Build and manage relationships with influencers across categories (beauty, lifestyle, fashion, health, tech, etc.)
• Onboard and maintain a curated roster of creators
• Support talent with positioning, rate negotiation, and deal closures
• Ensure timely content delivery as per brand briefs

Campaign Execution

• Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns
• Align creators with brand requirements and campaign goals
• Track deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compliance
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure reporting accuracy

Negotiation & Coordination

• Negotiate commercials and contracts with influencers
• Ensure profitability and margin control on campaigns
• Handle revisions, feedback loops, and crisis management (if any)

Growth & Strategy Support

• Identify emerging creators and trends
• Suggest talent-brand fit based on campaign objectives
• Maintain updated influencer database with insights and performance history

What We're Looking For

• 12 years of experience in influencer marketing/talent management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of influencer contracts and brand compliance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
