Talent Manager (Influencer & Creator Management)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven Talent Manager to manage and grow our roster of digital creators and influencers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about influencer marketing and experienced in building strong brand-creator partnerships.

The Talent Manager will act as the key bridge between creators and brands, ensuring seamless collaborations, effective contract management, and long-term career development for talent.

• Onboard and manage influencers/creators under exclusive and non-exclusive agreements
• Lead brand deal negotiations, contract discussions, and campaign execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact between creators, brands, and internal teams
• Develop creators personal brands and long-term growth strategies
• Ensure timely communication, content delivery, and campaign compliance
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and legal teams for smooth operations
• Track campaign performance and maintain strong client relationships

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of contracts, timelines, and deliverables
• Professional, organized, and relationship-driven mindset

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or digital media
• Prior experience working with creators, agencies, or brands is a plus
