Job Description

VidUnit Media is looking for a proactive and well-connected Talent Manager to handle celebrity talent management and influencer marketing campaigns. The role involves managing celebrity and influencer relationships, coordinating brand collaborations, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Celebrity Talent Management

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with celebrities and high-profile talents.
  • Act as the main point of contact between celebrities, brands, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate brand endorsements, appearances, shoots, and campaign deliverables.
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, timelines, and commercials in alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure talents meet commitments, timelines, and brand guidelines.
  • Build long-term associations with celebrities and their managers.

Influencer Marketing

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers based on campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate content creation, approvals, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
  • Handle influencer negotiations, contracts, and payment coordination.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share post-campaign reports with clients and internal teams.

Coordination & Strategy

  • Work closely with brand strategy, creative, and client servicing teams.
  • Maintain a database of celebrities and influencers with engagement insights.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creators.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and platform policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital media agencies.
  • Strong network of celebrities, influencers, managers, and PR contacts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
