Job Description
Talent Management is a strategically important function at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for managing important talent management and culture interventions. This is a Corporate, India- wide role and as a key contributor, you will collaborate with Leadership, Business teams and HR stakeholders across the bank to implement programs at scale, and ensure the execution of our human capital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management
- Uphold the talent philosophy of Kotak Bank
- Designing and implement suitable frameworks and interventions of talent management
- Creating awareness, design and deploy business-specific talent management initiative
Talent Identification
- Identification of key talent through use of psychometric tools and other assessment methods
- Providing visibility, exposure and growth to identified talent
Career Management
- Design and deploy career management framework at the bank level for all departments
- Align cultural nuances of mobility with career frameworks
- Partner with business teams to cascade career management for all key roles
- Conduction promotion process of top leadership
Succession Planning:
- Design and manage the Succession Planning process
- Ensuring a ready pipeline of leaders at key roles
- Partner with business teams to cascade succession planning for all key roles
Organization Development (OD) Projects:
- Drive end-to-end OD and change projects with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in OB, Psychology, HR, or related field.
- 8+ years of Talent Management or Culture Change experience, preferably in driving large scale projects or dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Certification in Psychometric Tools, OD, Change management, etc. is preferred
- Proven project management skills with a focus on execution and stakeholder alignment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in HR tools and platforms is a plus
