Position - Talent Management in Finance & Accounts (F&A)

Education - MBA(HR)

Experience - 3 to 6 years' experience in Learning & Development

Reporting to - Head- Talent Management (F&A)

Job Responsibilities

Work with Head TM F&A to Identify training needs (TNI) & roll out of learning calendar

Support TM Head in designing framework and rollout of customized programs for identified talent

Liaison and collaborate with all the stakeholders both internal and external to drive learning.

Assist drive learning journey & track application of learning through connects with participants.

Maintain training data & reports & produce as & when required.
