Paid Internship Duration - 3-6 months
We are looking for a Talent Intelligence & Lead Generation Intern who enjoys research, data, and structured problem-solving.
In this role, you will work closely with senior recruiters and leadership to understand talent markets, benchmark compensation, analyse competitors, and generate high-quality candidate leads across multiple channels.This is a high-impact internship with real ownership and visibility.
What you will work on
1. Talent Market Research
- Research talent supply across roles, skills, and geographies
- Map competitor companies and their hiring patterns
- Identify where top talent comes from and how they move
2. Salary Benchmarking & Insights
- Collect and analyse compensation data from:
- Market reports
- Candidate conversations
- Live hiring data
- Build salary ranges and benchmarks by role, level, and location
- Share insights with recruiters and founders to support hiring decisions
3. Competitor & Industry Analysis
- Track competitor hiring activity, role demand, and skill trends
- Analyse how companies position roles, compensation, and benefits
- Create simple research summaries for internal use
4. Lead Generation & Early Engagement
- Generate talent leads via:
- Job portals
- Referrals
- Open web research
- Initiate first-level outreach via LinkedIn / email
- Qualify interest before moving leads forward in the hiring funnel
